Mistral kompakt
The smallest tier from the European vendor Mistral AI: compact in model size but with a context window unusually large for this class, so that longer documents fit into one operation - the economical choice for serial work on receipts and recurring correspondence. Via IONOS it runs statelessly in the Berlin data centre, with no training on customer data; the German location is a property of the service, not a setting. The chain is nevertheless not complete: the data processing agreement does contain a confidentiality undertaking, but its product-specific confirmation for this service is still outstanding.
