The Gemini family's image model creates and edits images on the same platform on which the text work runs anyway. For legal and tax work it is not a core tool; it is in the catalogue because image material from client matters ends up in processing - accident photos, floor plans, damage images. That is precisely why the position is documented: via Google Vertex AI the same service-bound confidentiality agreement under section 203 of the German Criminal Code applies as for the platform's language models, the chain is closed on this route, and calls have to be restricted to the EU endpoints. Generated images remain depiction and do not reproduce any facts.
Everything section 203 requires is settled, including the provider's confidentiality undertaking, and nothing is stored at the provider, apart from a technical cache of a few minutes for Claude (zero retention). You do not have to clarify anything further.
