Via Amazon Bedrock the call runs region-bound in Frankfurt, without operator access and without storage in the delivered state. The chain is not closed by that: no signable standard document for the confidentiality undertaking under section 203 of the German Criminal Code could be found for this route. That weighs heavily, because the reordering has file extracts in plain text before it, not anonymous reference numbers.
