Technically the commitment is strong - neither operator staff nor model vendor gets access to inputs and outputs, and nothing is stored in the delivered state. For professional secrets the final element is nevertheless missing via Amazon Bedrock: no publicly available, signable standard document for the confidentiality undertaking under section 203 of the German Criminal Code can be found for this route, so the chain stays open. On top of that, the only region-bound call for this tier is in London; binding to the EU therefore runs through the European inference profile.
