What Employees Actually Need – and Why They Secretly Use ChatGPT
When employees reach for ChatGPT despite a ban, it reveals one thing above all: the enterprise offers no alternative. What employees are looking for is a simple interface that works immediately, understands natural language and helps with daily work. Summarising documents, drafting emails, analysing files, answering questions about internal policies.
This requirement is legitimate. But it must be fulfilled in an environment the enterprise controls – not on servers of third-party providers advertising “ChatGPT without login” whose business model is data collection.
